A Business Model, briefly speaking, is a statement of how an idea that can make money actually becomes a method of doing business. Example:   Our Ventures, considered as a Business-to-Customer Model, offers any type of products or services that are in constant demand. The ventures enjoy the power of our Network-Service Platform that enhances these services to any device, anywhere, and at anytime. Ventures can be developed by existing services that have a history of success (Amazon, MySpace, Gmail, and MSN) or ventures can be used to greatly improve activities that lack products and service to consumer. They will realize that our technologies will surpass competitor’s actual features and compatibility.

The Business Project lays out the structure of the business and the interactions with consumers. It may also describe the social and economic context in which a business will be suitable. The Business Model includes: entities, idea description, market analysis, objectives, operating strategies, organizational structures, employee functions, policies, expenses pacification, sales projection, marketing, interaction with clients, and customer services. (It is possible to view our Business Model in the center pan by clicking Investor Opportunities.)

Synergetic-Ventures will be considered as a Business-to-Business Model. We felt our discoveries needed a progressive approach to each venture in order to accelerate their start-ups and to produce immediate results. Synergetic-Ventures will take any idea of service and proceed to research, develop, and establish a wide selection of ventures. Beyond that point, the corporation offers business-to-business support on a daily basis such as accounting, employment, marketing, legal, hosting, investor relations, etc. In this matter, the cost of administration is reduced and more efficient as “synergy”.

The Business-To-Business-To-Customer Model is fair and simple, yet different from conventional companies. Our ventures have their own entities, investors, directors, employees, assets, and operating services, which means they take care of the sales and the cost of sales. With the central corporation services, the ventures will not be burdened with the seemingly infinite amount of paperwork or legal issues, which will allow them to focus on their primary functions: services and sales. Here is a diagram that demonstrates the flow of activities.
